Home is where the heart is” has a special meaning for Sandra Toutcheque. From an early age she has enjoyed everything about “Home” and the domestic arts. She worked for a designer/decorator, Betty Cuthrell. For several years owned and operated the popular “Two’s Company” restaurant and catering service. The transition from decorating and catering to real estate service was a natural progression for Sandra. She has always tended to the needs of others and says, “The client is the person who matters.”
Sandra is a member of the local, state and national associations of Realtors. She is active in the Beaumont Board where she has chaired the Program Committee and served on the Hospitality Committee, the MLS Membership Committee. She is an accredited buyer’s representative (ABR) and has the technology designation E-PRO. She is a graduate of the Texas Realtors Institute (GRI) and is currently working on the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation. Sandra was named “Who’s Who in Executives and Businesses” and has won “Salesperson of the Month.”
Sandra is a native Beaumonter and graduate of French High. She has a son, Kevin Johnson, a Realtor in Houston, who shares experiences with her. Her other son, Jeffrey Johnson, is in television technology.
Sandra is a member of Calvary Baptist where she has served on several committees and worked in the Nursery. She also worked with children in the Bible Study Fellowship.
Sandra continues to enjoy cooking and decorating as well as country/western dancing and fresh water fishing.
