When you are ready to submit a formal application, you will need these documents:
1. Fully executed sales contract/purchase agreement (Purchase transactions only).
2. Gift letter (if applicable, Purchase transactions only).
3. Copy of Deed of Trust, Title Policy, Survey, Payment Coupon and Homeowner's Insurance Declaration Page (Refinance transactions only).
4. Copy of social security card and drivers license (FHA & VA transactions only).
5. Pay stubs for the most recent 30 day pay period.
6. W-2's for the previous two years.
7. Previous two (2) months bank statements on all asset accounts. "ALL PAGES".
8. Copy of closing statement and sale of current residence (if applicable)
9. Copy of divorce decree (if applicable)
10. Bankruptcy papers including all schedules of assets/liabilities and discharge (if applicable)
11. VA Certificate of Eligibility, DD-214 Form, and DD-1747 Form from Family Housing Office (VA transactions only)
Self-Employed or Commissioned Borrowers
1. Previous two years signed tax returns with ALL SCHEDULES attached.
2. Previous two years Corporate/Partnership tax returns (if applicable).
3. Year-to-date profit and loss statement and balance sheet.
